Smoked Baby Back Ribs
One thing I’ve learned about backyard meat smoking, is that in most cases, it’s not so much about the “recipe” as it is about the method. With smoking, you need to know your cut of meat, and you need to know your cooking method. Spices, sauces, and rubs are just ancillary after that. In this post I’m going to show you how I cook smoked ribs on my pellet smoker and they turn out perfect every time! For a great meal with Hawaiian vibes, we love to serve it with a classic island combo of white rice and macaroni salad! It’s also great in any type of grain bowl, with your favorite roasted vegetable, and leftovers are just as great (hot or cold!)

I had the Haystack Burger and was so happy with it. Talking stopped at our table for the first few minutes when the food came out. The Burger was/is amazing juicy and filling. The mix of house fries and French fries, great. I‘m an out of stater and the next time I am near Winston I will be back. This is the kind of Burger that lives nicely in my memories. Our service was spot on, thanks Taylor. The atmosphere is a very cool Montana wildlife experience. They are my favorite way to see wildlife and also myself... stuffed! Keep making amazing burgers.

Had the special,A Crazy Burger. Very tasty bacon , coleslaw onion rings and BBQ sauce.The fries are fantastic,and the onion rings the best .large portions had to get Togo box for fries I couldn‘t finish the huge pile of fries.Will make it a habit to stop.

Had breakfast this morning it was fantastic. Best meal for the money I have had in ages. Service was efficient, friendly, an overall great experience. Highly recommend taking a drive to eat or drink there.
